Shipping and Returns:
Processing times for custom wigs are 5-15 business days after order has been placed. For in stock products such as; accessories, lashes, hair products (If in stock) processing times are 1-2 business days after placing your order (Excluding weekends and holidays).
A tracking number will be provided for all orders. After orders have been shipped the carrier is responsible for all shipping concerns and we are not liable for any stollen or damaged items or delays.
Fraud
If your order is flagged or and high risk order, you will be contacted to provide a valid identification for the order to be fulfilled. If your unable to verify the information needed your order will be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final after purchase. No refund, No exchange. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
